Brheigh Grant is the founder of Peak Symmetry Osteopathy and a long-time Banff resident. She completed a four-year Osteopathic Manual Therapy program and is passionate about helping people move, recover, and feel their best. As an avid snowboarder, cross-country skier, hiker, climber, yogi, and strength-training enthusiast, Brheigh has a personal understanding of the physical demands of active and mountain-based lifestyles.
Using gentle and non-invasive hands-on techniques, Brheigh takes time to understand each client’s concerns and works to identify contributing factors rather than focusing only on symptoms. She combines treatment with education and practical guidance to support the body’s natural ability to heal and help clients take an active role in their well-being.
